The world around us is changing exponentially. With reduced budgets and greater expectations, the third sector has never faced a more challenging time.
Corporates face pressure to do good, but too often these are superficial marketing campaigns when the potential is so much greater. We are harnessing this need for change and rethinking how society does good.
We believe innovation works best when it’s open and collaborative, we bring people together from inside and outside our usual circles, this means partnering with innovators, start-ups, corporates, charities, developers, designers and everyone in between.
That is why we set up Good Futures, our Lab; where we invest part of our earnings in developing new things and ways of working that we hope will help benefit and change the sector.
We’ve been doing this for the last 3 years with Good Lab, now we want to take this a step further by creating and opening up a platform for the good of the sector.
We want to show people a way to navigate complexity and conflict to make change happen, not to predict the future, but to invent it.

As we sit with the events of the last few weeks, we wanted to share our thoughts on the Black Lives Matter movement and racial diversity. Working in innovation, we actively try to bring people with a diverse range of experiences together to solve problems. Yet, we’ve still fallen short in our efforts to do so in a meaningful way.
