We’re really proud of the work we do to help charities design and pilot new Services, and to renovate existing, flagship ones.
Over the past few years we’ve been doing more, and more of this work from re-designing NCT’s infant feeding line to our current partnership with Woodgreen to pilot three new digital Services.
Through our conversations with clients we began to notice that no matter who you are, and what Services you offer, there were consistent challenges and opportunities - the big questions that were keeping Directors of Services up at night, and the opportunities that made them excited to get to work in the morning.
We’ve spent the past 3 months interviewing 25 Directors of Services and translated those conversations into a report (we promised most of those busy leaders that it wouldn’t be lengthy, so we’re still editing to try and make it as succinct as possible).
It includes a foreword by our font-of-wisdom Futures Lead, Daisy, setting out the current and future context that charity Services will be delivered in. It introduces the three biggest challenges Directors of Services are facing. For each we share a fresh perspective or proposed way to tackle the question and case studies - inspirational people doing exciting things in the sector.
It will be published next month, if you’d like to sign yourself (or a colleague) up to receive a copy please email heather@goodinnovation.co.uk.
