We helped TUC identify unmet needs and aspirations at work and barriers to collective action, we built and launched, Worksmart, the TUC’s virtual career coach. The app helps young workers realise and achieve their goals while understanding their rights at work.

Nearly 90% of under 30s, on low to median incomes, work in the private sector. However, just 6.3% are in a union. Yet they face unprecedented challenges with insecure jobs, low wages and exploitation.
The TUC wanted us to address the issues of young core workers and find ways they can take collective action.
