The objective: to build and test a suite of digital services that help pet owners access expert advice, make more informed decisions, and ultimately build stronger relationships with their pets—while laying the foundation for long-term impact and income generation.
What we did: we custom-built 3x digital services on a modern, scalable tech stack. Working in collaboration with Woodgreen and co-creating with real pet owners, we ran multiple rounds of testing using our Delivery Launchpad approach to refine the experience and ensure it met users where they were in their ownership journey.
The result was a set of impactful services the Woodgreen team are so proud of, they’re now exploring moving their entire website onto this new platform. After refining the services in private Beta, all 3x went live in February 2025 with full CMS capability, data analytics, and SEO infrastructure ready to scale.
