Junior Innovation Consultant / Associate Consultant

About Us

Good Innovation is the UK’s leading social impact innovation consultancy, working only with organisations that do good. Our ambition is to be the focal point of transformation in the social space. It’s what gets us out of bed in the morning and fuels our team-driven environment for entrepreneurial minds.

We partner with businesses, charities, and social enterprises to develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful change. From partnering with charities to explore new and innovative ways to diversify how they generate income to designing more impactful services for the people they exist to help. In the corporate space, we collaborate with some of the world's most successful organisations, helping them define their purpose before embedding it across their culture, products, and services.

We are a diverse team of big thinkers, experienced entrepreneurs and social innovators, and we are proud to be using our skills for something good.

The Role

Not many jobs offer you the chance to design products, experiences, and services that will impact the lives of billions of people. This one does.

  • Conducting a range of insight gathering exercises, including desk research, informational interviews, online insight communities, and other methodologies.

  • Preparing and helping to facilitate co-creation exercises with clients and audience members.

  • Supporting synthesis and analysis within projects.

  • Assisting with prototyping and testing of ideas, including working with designers and other creatives to build project assets.

  • Supporting leads in facilitating the client experience and beginning to build your own relationships and networks with our clients.

  • Contributing to a range of sales activities, including preparing sales documents, supporting pitches, and inputting into marketing campaigns.

  • Participating in team culture initiatives and inspiring the team with the latest trends in innovation to enhance our processes and methodologies.
